Acute Consultation

An acute consultation can be booked to receive information on an issue that has been problematic for 4 or less weeks. We will meet for approximately 45-60 minutes to discuss the problem and gather necessary information for proper prescribing. Booking this appointment will include the initial consultation and one follow-up appointment within 48 hours.

Chronic Consultation
$100 USD
A chronic consultation may be needed if you have had a condition that has been ongoing for a number of weeks, months, or even years.
This appointment requires a meeting lasting around 1-2 hours, so I am able to gather as much information as necessary to work the case. I will ask questions about your physical, mental, emotional health and more.
The aim is to find the root cause of the illness and create a plan to improve your immunity and vitality.
This appointment option includes 30 days of follow-up.
Chronic with Long-Term Follow-Up
$250 USD monthly
This bundle option is for chronic conditions that require a longer duration of follow-up.
The initial meeting will last approximately 1-2 hours. Following the implementation of recommendations, there will be scheduled check-in conversations and I am accessible via phone or text at any time throughout month for any questions or acute concerns that pop up.
The aim with this bundle is to give you a resource that is consistent and available for any and all issues that arise; as well as remove the burden of scheduling new appointments for new concerns.
